WATCH: How to find items in the Research Access Portal 

UBC students from the LIBR 535 class have developed a handy video tutorial (below) to help explain how to find items in the portal. 

The video shows how to:  

• Find items using keywords 

• Use filters to refine your search by year, genre (e.g.,report or infographic), format (audio or text), or categories  

• Get full access to review the item 

• Request help accessing items if there is no free, open access option available  

The DTES RAP features a diverse collection of academic materials, including journal articles, theses, community resources, historical reports, and other materials related to and created for the Downtown Eastside community.
