Connecting the Dots

This project will assemble a working group of approximately 24 key service providers for patients with a substance use disorder (SUD) at St. Paul's Hospital (SPH). The working group will meet to guide project development and knowledge translation activities. A select number of members from the working group will be invited to participate in a qualitative interview to provide feedback regarding the current system of care and areas in need of improvement for patients with a SUD. Additionally, patients accessing addiction care at SPH will be recruited to participate in one qualitative interview to share their experiences receiving care and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
