Description
In partnership with 4 DTES Business Improvement Associations, the City of Vancouver hosted the BIA Breakfast event at the Vancouver Public Library, which invited property owners, businesses, and non-profit organizations to discuss how the DTES Plan helps support the local economy and strategies to revitalize the neighbourhood in the next five years.
